Snow Dog Super Mush in Conconully, WA
The race begins just outside the Town of Conconully in north-central Washington State, a premier destination for four-season outdoor activity.
The race starts and ends at the Peacock Meadows Sno-Park. Teams will navigate a tough course with considerable elevation gains and backcountry terrain. Spectators can watch the progress of their favorite mushers on a board near the Finish Line adjacent to a large community fire and local concession stand. Progress of the teams is posted as racers enter and exit check points along the route.
More Than A Spectator
Don’t worry about driving up to the crowded sno-park to watch the race. Shuttles will pick you up in downtown Conconully and take you up to the event. Shuttle is FREE and runs every half hour between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. PLEASE BE AWARE, should you choose to drive to the sno-park, there is limited parking at the Sno-Park. SNO-PARK PERMITS ARE REQUIRED to park at the race start/finish. Permits can be purchased on line at www.parks.wa.gov/winter, at the General Store in Conconully, or at the Concession Stand in the Sno-Park.

Race Volunteers Make It Happen!
Without the numerous volunteers this race could NOT occur. Dog teams are taken to the starting line with the assistance of volunteer handlers as well as ATV drivers, thereby ensuring safe travel to the beginning of the competition.Read More
